Is this service available for my door?
Available on our doors or yours. New construction or retrofit.
Is it better to use clear or tinted glass?
Clear glass works better for etching because it offers better visibility and shows off the artwork more than tinted glass.
What are my options? What types of etching is available?
SOLID PRIVACY ETCH - No artwork or design, one dimensional solid coverage for privacy.
LINE DESIGNS - Single Etch - Basic Line Designs for a one dimensional solid coverage with no shading or tonal variations.
CATALOG DESIGNS with SHADING - Any artwork design that we have in our extensive catalog of artwork. This is Art on Glass with multi-shaded areas for a three-dimensional look.
CUSTOM DESIGNS - Sometimes our clients request a unique or personal design to be etched on glass. We produce custom artwork based on the client's direction at the rate of $250.00 per hour.
What is your warranty policy?
There is no warranty on artwork.
Glass breakage - We are only responsible for glass units while in our possession. Upon pick-up or delivery, we will require an authorizing signature of acceptance to release the unit. At that time, the responsibility shifts back to the client.
